  1. Our Industry
    Ace Moto Spares is a Retailer and Reseller of products in the new and second hand motorcycle & motor vehicle markets and does business in the online retail & distribution industry.
  2. Delivery policy
    Subject to availability and receipt of payment, our lead time to process orders is 4 working days, however, should a product run out of stock and we cannot get it in immediately, we will notify you by phone call or email, you may request a full refund if your order is urgent. You will receive courier tracking or a collection email depending on your chosen delivery method. Proof of delivery will be from the courier delivery driver, or if collecting, we will require a signature acknowledging receipt of your order.

    The offering on this website is available to South African clients only.
  4. Return and Refunds policy
    The provision of goods and services by Ace Moto Spares is subject to availability. In cases of unavailability, Ace Moto Spares will refund the client in full within 14 days. Cancellation of orders by the client will attract a 10% administration fee.
  5. Customer Privacy policy
    Ace Moto Spares shall take all reasonable steps to protect the personal information of users.   6. Payment options accepted
    Payment may be made Cash Deposit or EFT into Ace Moto Spares bank account, the details of which will be provided on checkout.
  7. Card acquiring and security
    We do not currently accept card payments through our website. We may look at implementing this at a later date.
  8. Merchant Outlet country and transaction currency
    The merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment options to the cardholder is South Africa. Transaction currency is South African Rand (ZAR).
  9. Responsibility
    Ace Moto Spares takes responsibility for all aspects relating to the transaction including sale of goods and services sold on this website, customer service and support, dispute resolution and the delivery of goods.
  10. Country of domicile
    This website is governed by the laws of South Africa and Ace Moto Spares chooses as its domicilium citandi et executandi for all purposes under this agreement, whether in respect of court process, notice, or other documents or communication of whatsoever nature at 10 Heather Road, Faningham Ridge, Pinetown, 3610.
  11. Variation
    Ace Moto Spares may, in its sole discretion, change this agreement or any part thereof at any time without notice.
